I was so impressed by what showed up from a simple songwriting exercise!

Henry McGrath and Tsukasa and I got in a room and followed a process of creating a beat with a computer and the 3 of us danced around for about 5 minutes letting the beat influence us.
​
We then wrote about whatever we were inspired to and then identified areas of interest and any themes that appeared.
​
I never expected that we would manifest an actual song that flowed so well and felt so satisfying!
