Expected Transitions Like Seasonal Changes

Many of our transitions in life are expected changes such as anticipating the seasonal shifts we see in the fall as leaves change colors. We experience changes in employment, in relationship status, in living situations.

Setting Yourself Up for a Successful Transition

If this expected type of transition is what you are anticipating you're in the right place to set yourself up for a successful outcome. Examples of this are folks who are ending one job and moving into a next opportunity. Perhaps you are moving across the country to initiate a change, or in response to another situation or opportunity. While these changes can fall together with ease, the shifts represent an opportunity to step out of patterns that no longer serve you. This change can also allow you to invite in a new way of being supported by your values and guided by awareness of intentions. Otherwise choices could be left to unconscious, unexamined thoughts. Who do you want to be as a result of this change? What is your definition of a successful transition?
